AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We have a 1-3 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders from our warehouse location in Sydney, and use Courier Please, Startrack & Fastway as our primary carriers. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders.

Shipping times may increase without notice due to high demand, carrier demand or holiday periods. Any advice given on shipping time is reflective of expected delivery dates, but are not a guarantee.  

If you have special delivery instructions please include them as notes in your order, or email us directly at care@natur.com.au . You should also note any specific instructions to delivery drivers via email to care@natur.com.au . Please include your order number.

PLEASE NOTE, our couriers are unable to deliver to post office, parcel locker or PO BOX addresses.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-3 business day processing time.
